Postings.com posts on up to 330 different job boards. We work with nine of the ten top job boards as well as many niche sites, depending on where your jobs will be most relevant.

How do you obtain the resumes for the database?

Our sister company Climber.com works with job seekers, helping to connect them to employers. The candidates pay a low monthly fee to get an edge on their job search. Our database is constantly expanding, providing you with great candidates from every industry.


How will I be able to access the candidates from the database?

- Broadcasts: Mass emails target candidates for specific positions. The search can be as narrow or broad as you would like, by entering in keywords, education, industry, years of experience and radius from a specific location. This is a great tool for referrals as well.


- Search Feature: Access our full database using the search feature. You have the ability to search for candidates using the same criteria as our broadcast feature.

What if one or all my positions get filled?

You receive a certain amount of job slots but as those get filled you can replace them. Interchange job postings as frequently as needed.


If all of your positions get filled, or you are not currently hiring, you can pause your account. All of your information will be saved for future use.


Can multiple people use the same account?

You will be provided with one username and password per account. Multiple people can log-in to the same account. Postings.com makes it easy to share resumes with your co-workers, as well as make notes and rate the candidates throughout the hiring process.
