Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager – Digital/Advertising/Events/Web will focus on Campaign and Ad Planning through the creation and development of integrated, promotional campaigns and strategic tests from start to finish that drive business growth and support company goals. This position leads all aspects of project management ensuring that all deliverables and deadlines are met within budget for Digital, Advertising, and Events, excluding web.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional partners and Marketing to create planning documents and briefs that articulate integrated strategies for web, digital, print advertising and events including campaign objectives, target audience, key messages, program sequencing, recommended touch points, and key metrics or benchmarks within specified budgets.
Oversee timely, cost-effective and accurate creation and execution of all digital marketing initiatives, print advertising and events from project initiation to art release. Elevate issues and recommend adjustments as needed to ensure success.
Manage specific projects (tactical) while providing leadership in driving strategy.
Final review for all Digital, Advertising and Event marketing projects.
Utilize hindsight / analysis data, market research and consumer insight to determine opportunities for future planning.
Manage the development of a process that supports campaigns and delivers the required results.
Work closely with all departments to align on and meet overall company objectives.
Partner with Operations Team to maintain accurate calendars. Elevate timeline issues as needed.

Job Specifications:


Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
5+ years of Marketing experience with an emphasis on strategic planning.

Skills and Abilities

Exceptional strategic development skills coupled with very strong execution and project management skills.
Strong experience with driving customer traffic to retail stores and compelling them to buy.
Ability to develop customer insight (e.g. research, database analytics) and convert into action.
Solid understanding of social media trends, innovations, technology and how to drive consumer engagement within the web / digital space.
Ability to plan and project-manage print advertising and events.
Experience working with retail teams to determine and understand their specific needs; ability to effectively formulate these needs into detailed plans.
An excellent team player with a strong ability to collaborate.
Strong Project manager with highly effective organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding attention to detail and deadlines.
Comprehension of financial data and budgets, ability to determine ROI and accurately measure success on all projects.
